This delicious offering is the result of anaerobically fermenting his high-quality caturra crop with peaches, wine yeast, and other fruits for 120 hours to impart an explosion of flavor.
Expect a big note of peach complemented by nice notes of baking aromas. It really is like having some peach cobbler with your coffee. This coffee really showcases the amazing versatility of coffee and unique results that can be achieved with some creativity by producers. Big Peach comes to us through our partnership with Unblended. They are working to help empower the next generation of coffee farmers in Colombia, and Sebastián is one of their mentors helping young farmers grow their own farms and produce exceptional coffee.
