This community select lot from Brazil features a blend from many different producers in the Cerrado region hand-selected to represent the best of the area. Cerrado has a dry climate during the harvest season, which is ideal for consistent drying during processing. Our take on this coffee has plenty of bold flavor with notes of macadamia and tea leaves with a nice peachy sweetness.
