Ethiopia - Mr. Ocholo Bedecho - 1lb

Who doesn’t love a classic Ethiopian coffee? We’re particularly fond of this one from Mr. Ocholo Bedecho coming to us via Cafe Imports’ single farmer project. Mr Bedecho owns 8 hectares of land near a small town called Haru Wachu in the Guji zone. It is truly a family affair, with his six sons and two daughters all working full-time on the farm.

This coffee is very well balanced with a rich body featuring a burst of citrus and a strong foundation that tastes almost like rock candy. A bright note of dried lavender rounds out the experience.
