Ethiopia - Worka Chelbesa - 1lb

Everyone loves a classic coffee from Ethiopia, and this one certainly hits the spot. It is a washed offering from the Worka Chelbesa kebele (village) in the Gedeo zone of Ethiopia. Smallholder farmers in the area bring their hand-picked coffee to a wet mill operated by Negusse Debela, where they are carefully sorted, pulped, and wet fermented in ceramic tanks, which contributes to great clarity in the final cup.

A note of sweet citrus reminds us of candied oranges with a highlight of lavender and a smoked butterscotch base. It's a fun and interesting coffee while still being extremely sippable - perfect for a coffee lover to keep drinking it all day.
